Freelance in Qualification Validation of Pharmaceutical Equipment

Context

We are currently looking for Freelance Qualification Validation profiles for assignments in France in the pharmaceutical industry sector.

- Equipment qualification

- Validation of manufacturing processes

- Validation of analytical methods

- Cleaning validation

- Validation of computerised or automated systems

Mission

You will be responsible for assisting our partner clients in the management of their projects:

• - Carry out risk analyses
• - Drafting Commissioning and Qualification documents: protocols and reports
• - Perform field tests: FAT/SAT/QI/QO/QP
• - Manage the supply of test components
• - Coordinate the various stakeholders (technical teams, suppliers and representatives)
• - Follow the action plan in case of non-conformities and deviations

Profile

The prerequisites for these assignments are :

- Training BAC+3, BAC+5 or Engineer or Industrial Pharmacist

- Minimum 3 years experience in qualification validation in the pharmaceutical industry (metrology, URS, AMDEC...).

- Knowledge of production processes, standards and reference systems in force (GMP, BPF, etc.) in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

- Fluent English written and oral

- Experience in sterile environments would be a real plus!

- MMR to be defined
