Context

To support our client, a major player in the retail industry, our Anywr freelance team is currently looking for a freelance Desktop Expert (M/F).

If you are looking to join an international company in an IT department organised in product mode and where the agile method is the norm, you are in the right place!

For this assignment, you can telework at least 2 days a week and the premises are accessible by public transport.

Mission

The Workplace expert is part of the Service Relationship & Workplace engineering team (4 people) which

is part of the Operations Department of the ISD (Information Systems Department).

The main tasks of the department are

- Facilitate the collaboration of our internal customers, users of our IT services in Europe, and

IT teams.

- Ensure that the IT tools linked to the workstations are operational, efficient

and meet the needs of all users.

- Ensure the implementation of infrastructure projects in accordance with the triptych of time and cost.

As a workstation expert, your main mission is to ensure that the IT tool is

operational, efficient and meets the needs of all users.

General responsibilities :

Participate in the MCO of the office automation park (workstations, Windows Workstation, park management, smartphones

and tablets, printing environments, collaborative systems, office tools, remote distribution, security and backup).

Participate in the industrialisation/optimisation and integration of infrastructure or application developments.

Handle N3 incidents and perform deployments on production environments and collaborate on their

evolution.

Carry out a regular scan of the fleet.

Collecting user requirements and proposing continuous improvements to meet them.

Operational management of posts.

Monitor stocks and prevent wear and tear on equipment with a view to replacing it at the right time.

Listen to the needs of each stakeholder and propose solutions adapted to their needs in order to

to facilitate their work.

Work across the board with all the parties involved in order to ensure

the deployment and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Profile

Profil :

Training at Bac +5 level

Master, engineering school or equivalent

Length of experience: A minimum of 4 years experience is required.

Technical skills :

Mastery of technical IT environments: IOS, Android, PC, Ivanti, Intune, Easyvista, Office Suite, Adobe CC

Mastery of Prince 2 and ITIL methodologies

Fluency in English is essential
