Tribe One IT Application Manager F/H

Context

To support our client, a leading retailer, our freelance Anywr team is currently looking for a freelance Tribe One IT Application Manager (F/H). If you want to join a company that cultivates happiness for its employees, partners and customers, we are looking for you.

Mission

Within the IT department, Tribe One IT is an agile team of around 60 people made up of 6 squads in charge of the business applications at the beginning of the value chain: Budget plans, product offer, assortment plan, sales forecasts, supply plan, purchase orders, order tracking, quality, inbound logistics, .....

These applications are mainly developed specifically on recent stacks.

You will ensure that the applications within your scope meet the functional and technical requirements and respect the commitments of the IT Department (SLA, TCO, etc.).

As an Application Manager, after a functional and technical training on the applications under your responsibility, you will have to:

- Functionally animate the tribe's level 2 stakeholders

- process incident tickets and level 3 service requests

- Facilitate one-off workshops on the RUN with the trade

- You will be able to guide your clients through the process.

- Formalise procedures for downgrading incident resolution to level 2

- identify/plan and process problem solving

- Build, follow and respect the RUN budgets of the squad.

- Monitor the KPI RUN of your applications.

Profile

In a second phase, you will be in charge of the preparation of the transition and the recovery in RUN mode of the new solution:

You are passionate about satisfying your customers, you are organised and entrepreneurial. You know ITIL, you have at least 3 years' experience as an application manager, ideally in the distribution sector.

You must have a good command of the language of Molière and of Shakespeare.

You like human relations.
