Security Manager (H/F)

Context

To support our client, our Anywr freelance team is currently looking for a freelance Security Manager (M/F).

For this assignment, you can telework at least 2 days a week and the premises are accessible by public transport.

Mission

You will be part of a dynamic community of Cybersecurity experts with 35+ Security Managers in charge of 55+ key account clients.

The Security Manager is the technical pilot of the detection services sold to our clients and one of the pillars of client governance. He is the privileged point of contact between the client and the CyberSOC operational teams. He/she can intervene on an ad hoc basis on expert activities, such as in-depth analyses or investigations in the context.

The Security Manager will regularly monitor ongoing incidents and associated remediation plans for critical incidents as well as proposals for evolution and improvement established in relation with the CyberSOC operational teams and the client.

You will be primarily responsible for :

Ø Manage the security governance of the Client project(s) for which he/she is responsible during the operational phase (Run), relying on a team of technical security experts (Level 2 analysts, Level 3 experts, Engineering, CERT, CSIRT, etc.)

Ø Follow up on security incidents reported by our detection services

Ø Provide a monthly safety report in accordance with the client's expectations,

Ø To be informed about the current threat and to make an old security statement

Ø Manage the relevance of correlated events and alerts generated by our detection solutions (SIEM, xDR, etc.) to the client's business risks,

Ø Ensure the continuous improvement of our solutions to enhance detection at our clients' sites (including the integration of new monitoring perimeters)

Ø Assessing risks in order to anticipate them and following up on action plans defined within its scope and the satisfaction of our customers

Ø Lead and/or prepare the monitoring committees organised during the RUN phase (weekly committee, monthly committee, annual strategic committee).

Profile

You are a graduate of an engineering school.

You have a dual competence in security/IT, and you have at least 5 years experience in operations, engineering or project management.

You have a keen sense of customer relations and are able to communicate with impact

You are a good team player, you show initiative and you have a sense of responsibility.

Among other things, you have skills in several of these three areas:

Ø Security expertise (e.g. CISSP or CISM certification)

Ø Experience in platform operations (Security and/or IT)

Ø Customer Relations

You also have a good command of the English language (written and spoken).
