Context

To support our client, a leading retailer, our Anywr freelance team is currently seeking a Project Manager Organisation / Project Director (M/H) freelance.

Mission

In the context of a transition period linked to a departure giving rise to a recruitment (in progress), we have a need to cover as soon as possible on a role of Leader Organisation / Pilot Transformation

We estimate the presence required during this transition period, which can last several months, at 3/5 of the time to take charge of the management and animation of a portfolio of projects, with the support of project leaders

The role also includes assisting the business area (in this case Brand & Customer) and its management team in structuring and leading the internal "Business Organisation" roadmap

The profile sought is that of an experienced and operationally oriented organisation consultant

Profile

In the expected competences :

- Conducting large-scale projects

- Practice of projects in classic and agile mode

- Optimisation of working methods

- Management / coaching

- Mastery of activity reference systems

- Collaborative skills including communication

- English: will be a plus
