Project Manager Deployment F/H

Context

To support our client, a major player in the automotive sector, our Anywr freelance team is currently looking for a freelance Deployment Project Manager (M/F).

Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the deployment of the tools for the company's BU at national level, in collaboration with the Changes Partners.

In order to guarantee the excellence of the implementation and operation of the company's IS, your main mission will be to organise, in an agile manner, the deployment of all technical and functional projects delivered to our car centres.

You will have a broad and cross-functional role to play within a structure that is completely agile in its organisation and mindset, developing and reinventing itself every day.

The responsibilities you will have :

Project planning:

• Manage the overall planning of IT solution deployments for the BU France in collaboration with the change partners.
• Ensure that the necessary prerequisites for deployment are met.
• Prepare with the Change Partner the pilots and the follow-up in the use of the delivered products.
• Ensuring that agreed deployment deadlines are met.
• Main contact for the Digiforce on the coordination of deployments in BU France.
• Define the go/no-go criteria inherent to the French ISD.

Team building:

• Work with the Support Manager to implement the Help Desk skills of the deployed solutions to ensure Level 1.

Budgetary monitoring of deployments:

• Monitor the costs of implementing solutions and the impact on recurrent costs.

Managing communication:

• Ensure communication on IT activity, both to his/her hierarchy and to users.
• Link with the NF internal communication teams.
• Present progress reports to management.

Continuous improvement:

• Propose improvements to information systems and influence their implementation.
• Ensure that the solutions delivered are adapted to the needs of the company.

Profile

Expected skills:

• Facilitation of meetings and multi-profile working groups
• Knowledge of agile development methods
• Appetence for mobile technology, connected objects and curiosity about new innovations.
• Organisational skills and strength of conviction
• Ability to solve problems and manage the phases of the project life cycle well.
• The main tools: JIRA, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Freshservice.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years on a similar assignment.
• Retail experience.
• Familiar with the processes related to change management.
