Mission

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development and implementation of software applications using Java, Springboot and Vue.JS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design and quality assurance, to ensure that software solutions meet our customers' needs.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring that best practice in software development is followed.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards and ensure that code is written efficiently and according to industry standard practices.
• Manage project deadlines, prioritise tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents and technical specifications.
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and integrating them into our development processes.

Profile

We are looking for a talented lead developer with expertise in Java, Springboot and Vue.JS.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new software applications. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of high quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
