Operation Manager F/H

Context

Mission

Operation Manager within the Front Office Store team in charge of the company's cash collection system (software) and electronic banking (excluding web), for France, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Portugal.

- Ensuring and monitoring the proper functioning and availability of the cashiering and electronic payment systems.

- Implementing the roll-out of the new version of cashiering.

- Leading, managing the management of incidents (RUNs), problems and service requests.

- Assist and train the L1 and L2 service levels.

- Updating and monitoring the document repository

Profile

Operation Manager (Service Manager, Operations Manager, Application Manager) / Level 3.

Technical skills :

- Windows environments (Administration, scripting, ....)

- SQL (advanced operation, SQL Server, Oracle)

- Operating tools: scheduler ($U, crontab), SVN, monitoring concept

- Overall, a good technical background is required

- Scripting on Unix, Linux environments, Unix Shell practice (scripting) would be a plus

- Knowledge of TP.net (DIEBOLD collection software) would be an asset.
