Scrum Master (H/F)

Context

To support our client, a major player in the retail sector, our Anywr freelance team is currently looking for a freelance Scrum Master (M/F). If you are looking to join an international company within an IT department organised in product mode and where the agile method is de rigueur, you are in the right place! For this mission, you will be able to telework at least 2 days a week and the premises are accessible by public transport.

Mission

Our client offers you the opportunity to work in a context of transformation in product mode with an agile organisation. You will have an organisational and leadership role.

As a freelance Scrum Master, your daily routine will be :

• the structure of the back log and its implementation in Jira
• setting up rituals in the role of agile coach
• carrying out perimeter reporting

Your interpersonal skills and your ability to summarise will enable you to make proposals.

The technical skills required for this assignment are as follows:

• JIRA - Expert - Imperative
• EASYVISTA - Beginner - Desirable
• KANBAN - Expert - Desirable
• MIRO - Junior - Would be a plus
