Your mission is part of the reinforcement of a support team.
Your mission will be to provide N3 SUPPORT:
- Management of incidents and problems with a view to tracing their origin
- Management of service requests: Responding to various user requests by controlling/correcting the quality of data, for example.
- Collaborate with other teams (Anim'co Scrum teams and related products)
- Work on the reliability of the RUN (automation, continuous improvement, etc.)
- DEPLOYMENT: Monitoring and supporting the business with the help of the deployment team.
